01Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, seminar registrants, and listed providers. We may update them from time to time (see "Changes to These Terms"), and your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

02Use Of The Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and professional purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the site or its infrastructure;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or providers without permission;
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or deceptive content; or
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation with Cranial Facial Release.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site for any user who violates these Terms.

03Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, articles, images, video, logos, graphics, the "Cranial Facial Release" and "CFR" names and marks, seminar materials, and the technique's instructional content, is owned by or licensed to Cranial Facial Release and Dr. Adam Del Torto and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to this content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission. Seminar materials and the CFR technique are provided to registered, licensed attendees for their own clinical practice and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to teach the technique to others without authorization.

04Seminar Registration & Payment

By registering for a seminar, you confirm that you hold a current, valid professional license and that the information you provide is accurate. Specific details apply:

• Eligibility. Seminars are intended for licensed Doctors of Chiropractic and other appropriately licensed healthcare professionals. We may request proof of licensure.
• Registration. Register through the seminar registration form on the Seminars page. Your space is confirmed once registration and payment are received.
• Treatment kit. The $500 CFR treatment kit is included with your seminar fee.
• Basic seminar fee. The one-time Basic seminar fee includes admission to future Basic seminars, subject to space availability and these Terms.
• Fees & payment. Seminar fees, applicable taxes, and accepted payment methods are shown at registration. Fees are due as stated at the time of registration. A 3.5% service charge is added to credit card registrations to cover credit card processing fees.
• Cancellations & refunds. Deposits and registration fees are non-refundable, but can be applied to future seminars. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. To request a cancellation or to apply a registration to a future seminar, contact dr.adamrocks@gmail.com.

Seminar dates, locations, and content may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of any material changes.

05Directory & Provider Listings

Our provider directory ("Find a Doctor") is offered as a convenience to help the public locate practitioners who have trained in Cranial Facial Release. Listings are informational only.

• A directory listing does not constitute an endorsement, referral, or guarantee of any provider's qualifications, judgment, or results.
• We do not verify the current licensure, certification, insurance, or standing of every listed provider on an ongoing basis. You are responsible for confirming a provider's credentials before seeking care.
• Listed providers are independent practitioners. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Cranial Facial Release, and we are not responsible for the care, advice, or conduct of any listed provider.
• We may add, edit, or remove listings at our discretion. Providers who wish to update or remove a listing may contact us.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, hotels, payment processors, or resources that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply endorsement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bonner County, Idaho.
