• CFR Elite application. When you apply to join the Recommended CFR Doctors, we collect your name, practice name, email address, phone number, current certification level, and any message you include.
• Seminar registration. When you register for a CFR seminar, we collect the registration details you provide, such as your name, practice information, professional license number, contact details, and payment information needed to process your registration.
• Website analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect information beyond what you choose to share with us.

Payment Information

Payment details submitted for seminar registration are used solely to process that registration and are handled through our payment processor. We do not sell or share your payment information for any other purpose. Payment for seminar registration is accepted by credit card only; debit cards are not accepted. A 3.5% service charge is added to credit card registrations to cover credit card processing fees, as stated on our registration forms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, process and confirm seminar registrations, and follow up with you about the Cranial Facial Release technique, seminars, or finding a certified doctor. We use analytics data to understand site usage and to improve the content and performance of the website. We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
