What is Cranial Facial Release (CFR)?

Cranial Facial Release is a “baloon assisted” cranial adjusting technique that uses tiny balloons that are inserted in the nose and quickly inflated, to open up the breathing passageways and mobilize the bones of the face and cranium. 

Is CFR safe?

CFR is a safe option for people of all ages. Its been around since the early 1900’s and is considered a minimaly invasive procedure that takes only 2-3 seconds to perform.

Does CFR hurt?

The procedure does not hurt. There is just a lot of pressure like jumping into a swimming pool and having shoot up your nose. But the procesure is very quick only lasting 2-3 seconds.
